The server offers tools to inspect USDC transfers on Base and Solana, match a recipient address against an exact amount, and produce PDFs containing blockchain evidence. A separate paid tool runs a bounded DNS/TLS audit on a public domain. Discovery tools are free; some processing tools require Agent Tools credentials.
Connect over Streamable HTTP at https://www.skavio.eu/mcp. Add the server to Claude Code with the commands below. A regular MCP client cannot handle x402 payments on its own, so paid calls need a wallet client with x402 support. Payment settles in USDC on Base, while RPC availability and transaction finality affect inspection results. The PDF is not a tax invoice.
