The server connects AI assistants to a self-hosted Perfex CRM instance over HTTP JSON-RPC 2.0. It provides 148 tools to inspect and update CRM records. Available entities include leads, customer accounts, invoices, projects, notes across 12 types, and knowledge base articles. Each tool call checks the permissions of the assigned token.
Requests target the /api/mcp endpoint using the Authtoken header configured in the CRM admin panel. The API handles batch processing up to 50 operations in a single payload, with support for idempotency keys on write actions.
Without Themesic's commercial REST API module installed and an active license, the MCP endpoint will not respond.
