Pagelive — Claude Code MCP server: publish pages as links

Turns an HTML page from your chat into a private link with open tracking. Handy when a report or deck has to reach someone without sending a file.

What Pagelive does

The server is remote and hosted by Pagelive, so nothing runs on your machine. Sign-in uses OAuth 2.0 and a free account is enough. Seven tools sit behind it: publish_page takes HTML and returns a live address, update_page edits what you already shipped while the URL stays put, get_page_stats reports opens, unique viewers and reading time, list_form_submissions pulls replies left through the page's form. Two more tools list your pages and workspaces, and list_domains covers custom domains.

Pages carry noindex by default and can be password-protected. Stats are bot-filtered and hold no personal data. Replies from the form land back in the conversation, which keeps a feedback loop on a proposal out of your inbox.

Custom domains and team workspaces require a Pro or Team plan, so the free tier won't reach them. The repo under MIT holds the manifest, the docs, examples and a publish-with-pagelive skill; the hosted service and its source are licensed separately.

What it helps with

  • share a page the agent just wrote as one link
  • revise a published document without changing its address
  • find out how many readers opened a deck and how long they stayed
  • collect form replies from a page inside the chat
  • check which pages got views yesterday

Example prompts for the agent

  • Publish this page with Pagelive and send me the link.
  • Replace my Q3 proposal page with this new version and keep the same link.

Questions about Pagelive

How do I install Pagelive in Claude Code?

Run claude mcp add --transport http pagelive https://app.pagelive.io/api/mcp. The first call then asks you to sign in to a Pagelive account through OAuth.

What does Pagelive do?

It publishes an HTML page straight from the conversation and gives you a shareable URL. View stats and a reply form come with it.

Do I need an API key?

No, authentication goes through OAuth 2.0, and a free account works. Publishing needs that Pagelive account.
