million — Claude Code MCP server: what it does, how to install
This MCP server connects Claude Code to a local Solana whale tracker and copy-trading deck. It exposes positions, rules, wallet activity, and token checks.
claude mcp add --env MILLION_API=<MILLION_API> --transport stdio million-mcp -- npx -y million-mcpWhat million does
million gives an AI client access to a self-hosted deck for tracking large Solana wallets and copy-trading activity. Its tools can report the deck state, inspect open or closed positions, read the decision history, show active trading rules, and track what followed wallets are accumulating or selling.
The server can inspect token liquidity, holder patterns, authorities, deployer details, sell simulation results, and RugCheck output. It can also add wallets, change their follow status, update selected rule fields, and analyze a wallet’s trading record. find_token_buyers and analyze_wallet use Helius credits.
Run the deck first with npx create-million; setup needs Node 24 or nvm plus a free Helius API key. The MCP layer talks to the deck’s local API, so the deck must stay running or the server has nothing to query. It cannot turn paper trading into live trading.
What it helps with
- inspect the tracker’s current state and feed health
- explain why a token was skipped or bought
- compare recorded decisions with active trading rules
- run safety checks before reviewing a token
- find large token buyers and add wallets to the roster
Example prompts for the agent
- Show the current deck state, trading mode, and feed health.
- Explain why
CATEwas skipped, using its checks and the rules in force. - Find major buyers of this token, assess their activity, and add suitable wallets to the roster.
