An MCP server that searches IconMind icons by name, tag, alias, or category and returns usable slugs and import lines. It runs offline.

iconmind gives an AI coding assistant access to the IconMind MIT icon set. It can look up an icon by name, tag, alias, or category, then return the matching slug and an import line for use in a UI. This avoids relying on guessed icon names.
In Claude Code, add the server with claude mcp add iconmind -- npx -y @iconmind/mcp. The icon data ships inside the package, so searches work offline. The same server is also listed for Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf (Devin Desktop), Cline, Zed, and Gemini CLI.
