What Fetch SCITT receipts and on-chain anchors for offline verification does

The server gathers external network data needed by @forestrie/mcp-verify: registration states, receipt records, service setups, and accumulator snapshots. Because the verifier operates purely offline without network access or credentials, every fetching task runs inside @forestrie/mcp-resolve.

Returned payloads specify where each byte originated and which trust model proofs they answer. Tools handle SCRAPI log queries, content digest lookups, and state inspection from RPC endpoints.

Node 20.11 or later is strictly required. The package ships without default network providers or operators; configure them through explicit call arguments or via FORESTRIE_BASE_URL and FORESTRIE_RPC_URL.

What it helps with

  • retrieve SCITT receipts and genesis documents from transparency logs
  • inspect registration progress using artifact content hashes
  • pull on-chain accumulator states over blockchain RPC endpoints
  • gather cryptographic material for isolated verification runs

Example prompts for the agent

  • Query SCITT settings from https://api-a.forest-2.forestrie.dev
  • Find receipt location using the sha256 hash of the statement file
  • Fetch genesis data for bootstrap log e22c8d55-3f88-b2b5-f225-5d2c2441bcdd

Questions about Fetch SCITT receipts and on-chain anchors for offline verification

How to install this MCP server in Claude Code?

Run this terminal command: claude mcp add resolve -- npx -y @forestrie/mcp-resolve. To predefine target endpoints, run: `claude mcp add --env FORESTRIE_BASE_URL=<FORESTRIE_BASE_URL> --env FORESTRIE_RPC_URL=<FORESTRIE_RPC_URL> --transport stdio fetch-scitt-receipts-and-on-chain-anchors-for-offline-verification -- npx -y @forestrie/mcp-resolve`.

Why is resolving separated from verification?

The @forestrie/mcp-verify package strictly forbids network calls, keys, and cloud backends. This resolver isolates all network fetching and chain reads into a dedicated boundary.

What runtime dependencies are required?

You need Node.js version 20.11 or newer installed in your environment.
