The server runs over standard I/O and provides six specialized tools to inspect agent authorization. The primary handler, verimand.resolve, evaluates an agent identifier against an intended action and resource, generating a verifiable permit whenever access confirms AUTHORITY_CONFIRMED. Additional endpoints inspect active mandate metadata, pull trusted Agent DNA fingerprints, and evaluate issued permits via verimand.verify_permit.
Execution requires Node.js 22 or newer. This package handles authority decisions but does not act as an execution gateway, meaning enforcement around downstream tools remains the operator's responsibility.
