deweloperuch.pl (unofficial) — Claude Code MCP server
Gives an AI assistant access to Polish new-build asking prices, registered transactions, and GUS and NBP statistics. Use it to compare listings with transaction data.
claude mcp add deweloperuch-mcp -- uvx deweloperuch-mcpWhat deweloperuch.pl (unofficial) does
This MCP server connects to public deweloperuch.pl data: developer asking prices and their history, RCN transaction prices, and statistics from GUS and NBP. It provides 13 read-only tools. An agent can search for flats by area and price, inspect a developer’s offers, or compare listings with registered transactions.
Requests are limited to one per second, with one request at a time shared across processes on the machine; responses are cached. After a 401, 403, or 429 response, or a captcha/WAF challenge, requests stop until you clear the lock manually. Bulk downloads and request loops therefore conflict with how the client works. Prices are asking or registered figures, not valuations or advice.
What it helps with
- find flats within an area and price range
- inspect a listing’s price history
- compare an asking price with RCN transactions
- check a developer’s active offers by city
- compare transaction prices with wages and unemployment
Example prompts for the agent
- Find flats of 40–55 m² in Podgórze, Kraków, under 800 000 PLN, sorted by price per m².
- Show this listing’s price history and compare it with nearby registered transactions.
- Compare asking prices in Gdańsk with transaction prices from recent quarters.
