What DC Member API does

The server connects to the DC Member API and lets an assistant access member details such as profiles, trips, events, tickets, invites, inbox messages, rooms and chapters. It can also look up places and retrieve the weekly locator digest.

In Claude Code, connect the hosted MCP endpoint over HTTP with the command below. The repository also contains a local Python client; its MCP mode needs Python 3.9+ and the mcp package. The Python version is the one to choose if you need a local setup. Access is intended for a member’s own DC data.

What it helps with

  • check your DC member profile
  • find events you are attending
  • look up community trips and meetups
  • review inbox messages and invites
  • search for places or the locator digest

Example prompts for the agent

  • Show me the details on my DC profile.
  • Check which events I’m attending.
  • Find trips and meetups connected to my chapter.
