What CometChat Docs does

The server gives an agent tools to search CometChat documentation, retrieve a full page, and collect a set of pages for a named integration scenario. Available guides cover UI Kits for several frameworks, multi-tenant chat, moderation, and messaging basics. The agent can use those materials to write integration code in your project.

Access is read-only and requires no account, API key, or authentication. Agents can also browse the available implementation bundles before choosing one. Claude Code connects to the server over HTTP; the MCP server itself does not edit your project.

What it helps with

  • find documentation for a CometChat SDK or UI Kit
  • gather integration guidance for adding chat to an app
  • look up setup steps for message moderation
  • get guidance for chat across isolated workspaces

Example prompts for the agent

  • Find the steps for adding the React UI Kit to my Vite project.
  • Gather the guidance for multi-tenant chat in a Next.js app.
  • Explain how to block banned words before a message is delivered.
