Install is a single command through npx; there is no repository to clone. The package is pulled from npm on each launch, so you need a working Node.js and registry access.
One thing to know: nirholas/fresh-start is the former mirror of the 31 March 2026 Claude source leak. Its contents were removed after Anthropic's DMCA notice, and no Anthropic code lives there. The author warns that copies of the leak import internal packages absent from the public npm registry, while malicious packages get published under those same names. Pulling dependencies from such a copy can run arbitrary code on your machine. Get this MCP server from npm and leave the leak copies alone.
