The server searches the content of Claude Code conversations across projects. Results include the project, date, a conversation summary, and a claude --resume command for picking up where you left off. It also creates short directory links under ~/.cs/ to help you navigate to a project.
Search runs on SQLite FTS5, with indexing updated as files change. The index covers conversations, not project files. You need Node.js 18+ and Claude Code with MCP support; the server runs on macOS, Linux, and Windows. It won't search text in your source files.
