Audifact connects to a remote MCP endpoint at https://api.audifact.io/mcp. It gives agents tools like log_decision, log_outcome, and get_proof. It is not meant for continuous tracing. The maintainer suggests logging around 3–10 consequential events per active day, returning links like https://audifact.io/e/{event_hash}.
The ledger is append-only and cryptographically hash-chained. You cannot edit or delete entries once written. The skill strips secrets, credentials, and raw file payloads before dispatching payloads, preserving only brief summaries.
Running this requires an account from https://audifact.io/signup and an API token starting with af_.... Every logged event burns account credits. Missing credentials will cause remote requests to fail.
