Connects AI assistants to Amazon product, review, niche, trend, and IP data. Use it for listing research, competitor checks, and keyword monitoring.
Open on GitHubWhat amazon-mcp does
amazon-mcp gives an AI client access to Amazon research tools for product and niche discovery, listing analysis, review mining, keyword tracking, ad monitoring, and competitor audits. It also covers AI search, keyword trends, WIPO checks, and related US litigation lookups.
The server can run locally over stdio or through streamable HTTP. Local use requires Node.js 18+, while the released server.mjs already bundles its dependencies. The hosted option uses https://mcp.pangolinfo.com/mcp, so there is no local server file to install.
Every working request needs a Pangolinfo API key, passed as api_key or through the server environment. Without that key, the Amazon data calls cannot run.
What it helps with
- find products and niches on Amazon
- mine recurring themes from customer reviews
- audit competing product listings
- monitor keywords and sponsored placements
- check patents and related US litigation
Example prompts for the agent
- Find products in the foldable storage organizer niche on Amazon and compare their listings.
- Review competitor feedback for this keyword and group the recurring complaints.
- Use
wipo_searchwithenableLitigation=trueto check a patent and related US cases.
