Integrates your AI assistant with the Aide support desk. Lets agents inspect Shopify orders, look up internal docs, and reply to customer tickets.

The tool connects to a cloud endpoint hosted at https://app-api.aide.app/mcp using streamable HTTP. You do not run local binaries. Authentication relies entirely on OAuth through an Aide profile, eliminating manual API tokens.
Once linked, your model interacts with customer tickets, searches knowledge base articles, and queries Shopify store orders. The assistant can leave internal team notes or post direct customer replies. Every action carries your user identity and obeys your role limits.
High-value refunds or cancellations that exceed your set threshold will pause for admin review. You cannot use this integration without an active Aide account.
