Hi! I played Winfest's first deposit bonus (100% up to 400€) which was non-sticky. First I played my real money balance on one spin of roulette (several numbers) like any other non-sticky bonus. The casino claimed that I broke their max bet rule (5€). But since I was playing with my own real money balance (which is played first), I was not playing on bonus money and could not break any bonus rules. This is how it has worked in every other casino so far. So when I won 2584.95€, they took everything except the initial deposit. This happened 31/5/2022. If I had happened to lose, I'm certain they would not have returned the money I lost. I sent this complaint to MGA in June but they redirected me here. Best regards

I won 2120 € with bonus money on this casino on 11.11. Now they have closed my account and are accusing me of cheating with some external software. I have no idea what they are talking about. I played multiple slots at the same time while wagering. They are telling me that my account is closed and winnings confiscated due to breaking the rule 10.6.

Hi thepogg one again need your help ! Played with a bonus I got for Halloween read term and conditions before playing as always and each slot pops up showing if you can use bonus money or not every single slot I played was allowed bonus money. Yesterday spend a couple of hours with support sending tons of documents to get the account verified and I did after all that I wake up to an email said that they took back the winnings and gave my back my initial deposit. I was in shock then I get an email telling me two slots I played were on the no play list. I cannot believe that the casino can do such things. So, end of summer last year I started playing at Winfest casino. Had a great time, the casino has some games that I really enjoy. I happened to have a win, I won 2 887 EUR. So, I verified my documents and in the middle of September I got the first part of my win, I received 1000 EUR. After this the casino asked me to send one more doc, which I did. Then I claimed the withdrawal of the rest of my win, but without any result. In the end of November I got an email from the casino about the confiscation of my win, they explained to me that I have played restricted games. But this is just impossible… I checked the terms before I started playing. I saved the page in one of the archives shortly after I won.
