I had a win of over £200 on the horses via their app and I have been trying to withdraw £200 to my bank account via my debit card and it keeps telling me to change the amount so I do and then it alters the amount I'm allowed to withdraw so no money transferred! I have tried their "live chat " bot...beyond useless! It ultimately said "I'll connect you to one of our advisers now" and then NOTHING!!Judging from the utterly woeful score this bunch have on Trustpilot and the fact they never respond to any comments tells you all you need to know!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Stole funds from me. Reached out to WH for weeks trying to get my funds back but they kept asking for Identification which I sent 15 times in every format possible. William Hill are corrupt and predatory and go against their own policies and those of the overall gambling commission. I was allowed to place a bet on a live hand of blackjack and then was met with a "safer gambling" prompt that stopped my gameplay but allowed the hand to go ahead therefore restricting me from making strategic and necessary actions such as hitting, splitting, etc. The bet obviously lost and customer service would not help at all. I have currently contacted second opinion and will be escalating to ADR and IBAS. I will then be reporting it to the gambling commission as they've gone against compliance rules. After speaking with an william hill advisor who said they can't do anything and just closed the chat down before i could resume the conversation i spoke apparently to a manager who did similar. I then attempted to contact them again and they kept refusing to speak with me. Disgusting treatment of customers. I'll be using a different betting app going forward.
