William Hill — player complaint #65399, 2019-01-05: other

I used William Hill online gambling site. At 20:05 on 30/12/2018, 5 bets were placed on my account that were not made by me. As a result I have lost £2450. I spoke to William Hill who said they investigated but saw no evidence of unauthorized access. However, I've never played that game before (it's a different roulette game to the one I usually play), never placed such large bets in that way and when I looked at it, it said there were bets placed on 0 green at £100 which I have never done and is completely against my usual pattern of betting. They say they've finished their investigations, but I do not know how this is the case as it was definitely not me who placed these bets. They said the IP address for those 5 bets are ones that were the same for the others. I do not know how this is possible as no one in the house can use my PC and they don't gamble. I have got a word document with the screenshot and live conversations I've had so far - do I email these to you? Thanks for your help. [EDIT]
