An awful company! My online account was closed with no warning or explanation. So called customer service via their chat couldn’t tell me why or help, just kept saying someone would be in touch via email, never happened. I used Resolver, as suggested by the Gambling Commission website. They at least replied but asked for info to prove my identity etc. All info supplied but every time they would ask for the same info in a different format. Eventually I was told that the account had been reinstated but when I tried to access it nothing. I was then told I needed to send a photo of myself holding my drivers licence and my username. Again info they already had but just another tactic to delay.My account has around two hundred pounds in it but they won’t refund me the money just ask for the same info in different formats. This has been going on since Nov 2025!My only next step is to sue them through the small claims court!Do not use this company they are a bunch of rogues!!!
