William Hill — player complaint #22389, 2026-05-07: account blocks

Good afternoon, I hope you are well I hit the jackpot recently on william hill vegas and won £47k then my account showed £236k. Suddenly my account was blocked and no one will give me any information why, just keep saying my account is suspended and under review. I have numerous screenshots etc of the winnings, balance, withdrawals etc. I am just wondering if this is something you could help with? William Hill are not responding to my emails asking for a resolution or a deadlock number and I believe they have until the 14th to do so. I have attached all screenshots, transaction numbers, emails, etc, I hope this helps. I look forward to any advice/help you could provide Thank you for reading this far,
