i deposited 800 euro in wildz casino on saturday and 1600 euro on sunday. while i was playing my account was blocked and i was supposed to upload proof of address and driver's license, which i did. then i was supposed to pay out my remaining balance of 411.50 euro. and today all of a sudden the whole account is blocked, i can't log in anymore. When asked, they say this is a decision of the management. can you help me to get my paid 2400 euros or at least the 411.50 euros back?
