Wild Robin Casino - Player’s account is reopened against closure request.

The player from Germany had requested the permanent closure of her WildRobin account due to gambling addiction, which was confirmed by the casino. However, she continued to receive marketing emails and found her account reactivated, leading her to depositing gambling. Despite her request for a refund, the casino refused, citing terms and conditions, while she argued they had violated their obligations. We initially closed the complaint as unresolved because the casino did not respond after two attempts and did not explain how the account became usable again or address the losses after reopening. The complaint was later reopened at her request and marked as resolved after the issue was successfully settled to her satisfaction.
