The player from Italy faced an issue with the casino, which had opened his gaming account without authorization despite his request for closure due to gambling addiction. He sought assistance in obtaining a full refund of €200 rather than the offered €50. Later, it seems the casino agreed to refund 210€ to the player, which the player confirmed, so we closed the case as resolved.
