Vulkan Vegas - multiple accounts

I fulfilled the conditions of the bonus. They verified the account and made a deposit. After fulfilling all the conditions, I demanded the amount to be withdrawn. After 4 days of waiting, the casino blocked my account. They said I had another account which is a lie.
