Site is broken, don't bother!
Opened an account. Did KYC, couldn't deposit money. It kept saying there was an error even though the payment method I was using was the same as the bank details they used for KYC. Their only suggestion was to increase the amount of the deposit. Scammy. I don't know you. The minimum amount is $10, and you're saying that in order for it to work, I have to risk putting more than $10 into the account when I want to minimize risk to myself and see how withdrawals work. Your only suggestion is to what? Put $50, $100. That is so scammy. And then they don't delete your account or data upon request. They just block it. The agent himself sent me the terms and conditions citing that "in case of account closure" or "termination of the contract" that they retain data for 6 years after closure. So I found it hilarious that they only offered to block the account. Looks like they want to retain my data forever and ever. I thought these guys were different and was excited to use them based on the reviews. But that wasn't my experience and I am started to doubt the credibility of the other reviews. Bad experience. Go to a bigger name casino. Their site is broken and they'll only tell you to add more money or block your account. Ridiculous. Never heard of an issue with deposits, only withdrawals. But I guess I'd rather that be the case. Lucky I didn't lose anything considering their site / Visa deposit method is broken.Response to Vulkan Vegas: My account is blocked.
