Hello! I am [EDIT] and I have a complaint about Suprabets under license GLH-OCCHKTW0709202017 and licensee Lima Invest N.V. My email at www.suprabets.com is [EDIT] and I have occasionaly used this bookie since July 2023. My account has been verified for months there and till January I have only lost money and there were zero problems with Suprabets. But 2 days ago I have won 2420 € and made maximum withdrawal possible for 2000 €. Today they locked my account stating I have breached their T&C under paragraph 11.5 which is utter nonsense. I played sports bets and casino games, mainly roulette and baccarat (I have won the biggest sum of money there). Also I should have made my research about Suprabets earlier because I am looking at several websites across the internet saying caution is advised and poeple on several other forums are saying exactly the same. When they win money, their accounts get locked. [EDIT] They have zero proof for these allegations and PLEASE get in contact with them, ask them for a proof about this. Otherwise they will get away with my 2420 € which is not a small amount of money to to forget + all other previously deposited money which I have lost anyway. So the disputed amount of money is 2420 €. Date of incident is 5.1.2024. Thanks for your future cooperation and I hope this will get resolved as soon as possible!

Hello, I saw a post online indicating that you can help resolve issues with sports book. I recently opened an account with suprabet, completed the kyc verification and have placed a few bets. I got an email that my account was locked a day after I won and tried to withdraw. This is the email I received. Dear player, Your account has been flagged for violating our terms and conditions point 11.5 In accordance with our terms we will close your account Thank you for understanding Yours sincerely, SB team I have emailed several times since them but they didn't respond. I didn't break the terms and conditions. I just got lucky. Usually I lose on that site but now that I win they won't let me access my winnings.

I opened an account with the bookmaker about 3 weeks ago. I deposited more than 5000 INR. When i started winning and my balance reached 9000 INR, I initiated a withdrawal. But i received an email from Suprabets saying my account has been closed in accordance with their term 11.5. They have forfeited all my winnings without any reason. Please help me get my money back.

Hello, as i find, Suprabets works unleagal company, no valid license and even restricted in Curacao (where from should be their license). They blocked my account when I won and tried withdraw. I understand I am not the only one who suffered from them, [EDIT].

Hello, Signed up with this casino around 7/2022. They let me signup, deposit, verified my account, and wager but after a few months of building up a profit and attempting to make my first withdrawal they flagged my account & closed it. I received an e-mail which i can forward but it states that they flagged/closed my account and they will allow me to withdraw my deposit but they will be retaining my profit. I have deposited $1,250 into their book and tallied a balance of $4,666. They closed my account before i could even get my deposit back let alone the rest of my money and ever since have not responded back to any of my e-mails. I have filed an official complaint with their gaming commission but communication has been lacking there as well. They owe me almost 5k and i really need some help here if possible.
