Dear Stake Support Team,I have 2 withdrawals that I requested from my account which have not been credited to my bank account:1. Amount: ₹4,085Date: 16/09/2026Transaction ID: 36900863952. Amount: ₹5,050Date: 09/09/2026Transaction ID: 3676315761The funds have not been received in my bank account. I have also checked with my bank, and they have advised me that they cannot locate the incoming payment without the relevant payment reference/UTR.Please investigate both withdrawals and provide:• The current status of each withdrawal• The UTR/payment reference number• The date and time the payment was actually sent• If the payment was returned, confirmation of when the funds were credited back to my Stake balancePlease do not simply mark the withdrawals as completed. My bank has not received the funds. I need the payment trace/reference so that my bank can investigate the transaction.Please treat this as a formal complaint and provide a clear resolution for both transactions.
