The player from Bulgaria had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hadn’t been received yet. We explained that withdrawals could take several days or weeks, especially if KYC verification was unfinished or there was a high volume of requests, and asked him to wait at least 14 days. As he did not respond to our follow-up messages after the waiting period, we were unable to continue the investigation. The complaint was therefore closed for now due to lack of response from him.
