Hello. I had noticed a successful claim against Spinit casino from another player in your claims section and took note because I fell foul to the same issue.
I last played at Spinit casino on December 3rd 2019. I had lost £1000 that day but could at least look forward to 10% (£100) cashback as per the arrangement the casino had made with me. An arrangement that had previously kept me coming back, depositing and playing on a weekly basis.
Shortly after my last visit they closed my account without settling the outstanding cashback. As far as I concerned this cashback is still outstanding.
