Spinia — player complaint #64796, 2019-08-14: bonus terms

Hello, Hopefully you can help me with my issue. I am submitting it via mail because the site gives an error message. Well first of all I want to make a big complaint to Spinia, and I am really really really disappointed about the rules and about the support ☹ I am still Sick of what Spinia did to me, and trying other ways now to get my rights and search for help to get my winning money back and protect players in the future. Hopefully you are open for a conversation and help me to get my winning money back as you can understand my situation: happend end of june, 25-26th I did all what Spinia asked, was friendly, had contact with support. And in 1 click you took all of my 14K+ winning money away, with the only explanation your bets exceeded more than 5 euro so therefore we take all winnings away. 14000 euro!, I bought already stuff in the meantime so I also had some depts afterwards. ::: I started to play on Spinia at 25-06-2019. i deposited 300 euros and Spinia added first and 2nd deposit bonus money I started to play roulette, winning in total 14000+ money! I tried to withdrawl all the money and submitted documents. The day after I got a message ''spinia took away all the winnings because you did not followed the 1st/2nd deposit bonus rules'' They meant with that, that i played for more than 5 euro a spin on roulette. Maximum of 5 was allowed while i played for 100+ bets. I thought What?!?! they took seriously away all my winnings and left me with the 300 deposited in the first place.. Well I request all my money winning money back or a solutions both players can live with since: - Spinia does alow players to place bets higher than 5 euro - Spinia takes away all the winnings if you win, while if you lose you lose all the money! So that is extremely unfair, if you bet 100 and win they will take 95 away afterwards while if you lose the 100 bet you lose all 100. - During the spinning I had contact via livechat and they did not tell me I could better stop playing, no they told me I had '' XXXX amount of betting requirements still to go'' So i finished the betting requirements as they told me. (i believe a total of 40000 betting requirments or more, crazy amounts)p - I want to protect other players to experience this enormous [EDIT] deposit bonus trap. I request help to get my winning money back and prevent other players to get in this trap.
