Hey there,
on the game ; Grand Spinn i won the mini or midi jackpot it was worth in points 4000. That jackpot bar was showed under the screen. Same as when you win something else. So i was very happy and decided to play some more. after that I won the jackpot I won 100 euro with 2x mutiple worth on melons and it was that moment I saw i didn't recieve the jackpot on my account balance. I spinned once more to be sure but nothing. I opened the online support chat and they send me trough a special desk by email. Days later now i still don't have any update or recieved my money that I won. Please help me to fixx this
