Dear Sir, Ms
With this email I want to start a dispute and investigation against Spinia.com.
I played for over a year at this online casino.
After I opened an account by uploading my ID, bank card, bank statement and verification address, I started playing.
I have played till 10 July 2020, paid € 800.000,- deposits and had about € 200.000 withdrawals.
Why do I want to start a dispute and investigation?
In March 2020 I also have opened an account at another Maltese, online casino. On my first deposit I won a big price € 320.000,-.
After I applied to make the withdrawal, I had problems with this casino. The other casino states that I have played with a business account. As a result, I did not receive my earnings and the account was closed.
My accounts at the other online casino as well as at Spinia are based on the same documents, ID, address and the same bank account. On this bank account, I receive my business related income as well, since I am a self-sufficient businessman.
I want to ask thepogg.com to start an investigation to my account at Spinia. If it is decided that my account was based on a business account (like the other casino decided) which is illegal, Spinia had to warn me for it and had not let me continue playing and deposit over €800.000,-!
I have asked Spinia more than once if my account was ok, and they have told me it was. But after the decision by MGA on the other dispute (with the same terms and conditions and on Maltese jurisdiction) deciding that that online casino did nothing wrong, I doubt whether the decision of Spinia was correct or not.
I want to know from your organisation if my account at Spinia.com was legal? Should Spinia had to warn me after they had seen my bankcard and other uploaded documents? Had they had to warn me, being a private customer and prevent me for gaming with this specific bank account on which my income is generated? Didn’t they have a duty of care to prevent me for playing with this bank account and therefor had to close my account, instead of giving me the chance to continue playing and lose € 800000 (minus the win of € 200000) at Spinia.com?
It is important for me to know whether my Spinia account, by using this bank account, was legal and which casino had made a mistake.
Looking forward to your decision on this very confusing situation,
