I had two wins from the welcome bonuses on this website, and while I was verifying my account according to their request, they suddenly revealed that they were closing my account and would not pay out the winnings.
They did not provide any reason for doing so, nor any evidence. They did not even quote any terms or conditions that they thought I had broken to support the closure. I am sure I've done nothing against their T&Cs so I'm baffled by their sudden decision. I think that they're trying to pull a fast one on me to avoid paying out the winnings, which is why I would like you to examine this case and force them to disclose what grounds they have confiscated my winnings on, and what evidence they have for those grounds.
In their most recent correspondence they quoted me the reference BBCUS-60166, if that's of any help in locating my account/dispute.
