On April 29, 2026 I made a deposit and did not take a bonus. I won over $2500.00 but withdrew exactly $2500.00. I decided to look it up and from what I understand Casino Galaxy is accusing me of- disputing transactions made to them from my bank account. I told the operator I have never disputed a transaction from their casino or any online casino I have played on. The operator then told me that " sometimes the bank will make dispute the transaction without the account holders permission or knowledge. Then I explained to the operator how is it possible that I apparently owe Spin Galaxy Casino $2420.00, when my over all deposits in this casino are $1400.00?
