Timeline of Events:
On July 26, 2026, I joined Shark Roll Casino and used the sign-up promo code 'ChippyFS50' for 50 free spins.
After meeting wagering requirements and making a $10 deposit, I requested a withdrawal of my winnings. The casino processed a maximum cash-out of $100, removing all additional funds.
These winnings were placed in my account and were no longer tied to any bonus.
On August 4, 2026, I requested a second withdrawal of $279 funds won with those winnings which where no longer tied to any bonuses.
The casino emailed me stating they removed all winnings except for $100 claiming the funds were still tied to the original promo code.
I possess screenshots of emails from the previous withdrawal request, the deposit, and of chat interactions showing those funds were no longer tied to a bonus. My claim is that the casino cannot apply the max cash-out limit to winnings earned after processing my first withdrawal. Sharkroll is not a trustworthy or honest platform. I strongly encourage anyone considering depositing and playing here not to do so!
