I was a profitable gambler with 70k wagered so they banned me haha

Holy shit, give me a lobotomy so I can forget what happened. I am freshly 18 and have been gambling on this site for like a month. To sum it all up, I have made 26 deposits and 0 withdrawals, and lost thousands. The RTP is 2% maby 3% if they are feeling generous. All the 5 star rewevs are so obviously fake. I am going to have to put a 50 cal thru my skull.

I was solicited to switch casinos by roobet vip. I explained I was US based and played when in Mexico. All was well, they signed me up and then 1 week later when I go to withdrawal I get told they take zero US base players and they closed my account. I have multiple screenshots showing them approving my account and then completely ignoring me. This place must be run by a bunch of children in some basement in the Middle East.

Awful experience. I signed up, provided all the relevant documentation they needed. I deposited an amount of Solana, never received it into my balance and upon refreshing a couple of times my account was locked. I’ve tried emailing support but no response. Would NOT recommend.

They're just a scamming company with low intelligent support, it's evident there's only a room temperature iQ requirement for employment. Please; do not use there casino if you want a fair and enjoyable time. They aren't fair and need to be shut down.

If you’re considering playing here, please look at other casinos first. In my experience, this has to be one of the cheapest platforms out there when it comes to player rewards. The bonus system is honestly terrible. Instead of receiving a reasonable amount upfront, you only get around 20% of the bonus credited to your balance, while the rest is locked away in a vault and slowly released three times a day over a period of 14 days. If you miss the claim window, it simply expires. It feels unnecessarily restrictive and designed so players lose part of the bonus they’ve technically already earned. On top of that, the weekly and monthly rewards are extremely low compared to other casinos. For example, I wager roughly $250,000 per month, yet I receive only about $18 upfront and around $72 spread out over two weeks. That’s barely anything considering the volume. Without naming competitors, I can say that many other platforms would credit $400 or more instantly for the same level of wagering. The situation has also gotten worse over time. The promo codes posted on Telegram used to be around $10 in BTC, but now they’ve dropped to $2.50 or sometimes even $1, and BTC is the only option. It’s a clear downgrade from what it used to be.Another major issue is how they’ve handled the VIP program. Rewards for loyal players have been significantly reduced. VIP players used to receive perks like free spins and better bonuses, but now the rewards feel heavily nerfed. On top of that, joining the VIP program has reportedly become much harder, making the whole system feel less rewarding for long-term players.Overall, the platform just doesn’t feel competitive anymore. When you compare the rewards, bonuses, and treatment of high-volume players to other casinos, there are simply far better alternatives available.Honestly, this might be one of the worst options right now in terms of value for players. And if someone from Roobet wants to challenge this review, I’m more than happy to provide full account statistics and proof showing my wagering volume and the exact rewards received.Do better.

Impossible to win its a scam and get banned on support for making a complaint them on like chat too get told i don't play enough after losing thousands then my chat gets banned for 8 hours instantly if I could give negative stars I would....

Piece if SHIT, dumb cheaters. People commiting s*cide coz of roobet. Fudge em, yeaterday also kne guy gone coz of them

If you bet on esports, DO NOT use Roobet. They literally freeroll their users. I placed a legitimate live bet on a Tier 1 CS2 match, my team won, but Roobet canceled my bet and merely refunded my stake 2 hours after the match was completely over. Here are the facts:Ticket ID: 2636739690186805528Match: FURIA vs MongolZ (CS2 - PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026)My Bet: 3 map - winner MongolZStake: $285MongolZ won the 3rd map. My ticket was a clear winner. But 2 hours later, they changed the status to "CANCELED," set the odds to 1, and stole my rightful winnings.Support is useless and provides zero valid explanation. This is PGL Cluj-Napoca — a major Tier 1 event. There are no "data feed errors" or "low liquidity" issues here. They simply refused to pay out a winning ticket because they wanted to keep the money. If a casino can retrospectively cancel your winning bets hours after a match ends, your funds are never safe. I will be escalating this to Casino.guru and AskGamblers. Pay me my winnings!

Manipulating casinos, how do I upload my betting history here? I have the .csv file.

shit site so scam dont play this shitcasinosite it will track and manipulat ur money nerver win here

rigged website use stake.com instead u get shit odds here and all casino stuff is rigged

Very suspicious patterns regarding the wins/losses. Won a little within the first several times playing, then lost a lot and after raising my bet won a little. More losses and then tried bonus buys, little bit of winning again at first and then loss after loss. Dont really care to argue or explain more, won’t be using Roobet again. Have put a few thousand in the site and in my opinion the most blatantly unfair site with very noticeable patterns.

BEWARE all potential customers I requested account closure numerous times for various reasons, from a pattern of having withdrawals sitting a state of completed and being cancelled after 5 days, to losing streaks after corresponding with support after these issues, seemed down right fishyRoobet cancelled a cashout after this happened numerous times and the funds after 5 days were returned back to the account. I feel this is unethical and gambling inducement. It is definitely a patternMy account was locked mid slot bonus buy on sugar rush, that was accumulating a hefty win (of course) great timing. My withdrawals have been all e-transfer to my bank and support keeps asking me for a crypto address to send my remaining balance too. At the end of the emails they provide a template response regarding safety, including roobet will never ask for crypto addresses. It is shady af. Give me my money roobet, you owe me my remaining account balance and slot bonus buy that was interrupted. Offshore sites like these want to avoid traces back to financial instituions and this is more proofStay away from roobet, they will gobble up your deposits no problem and any withdrawals will be like climbing a mountain to receive

Second comment tried giving it another chance and lose everything again its a scam don't play get all scatters in big bass and catch all the fish and get 5$ on a 45$ bonus after losing 300$ its completely rigged

do not play on this site they turn the rtp up and down all the time so scummy to do that and im sure they will comment on here and say o we go by this guideline and that guidline they are an off shore casino they dont follow any rules they just take you money manipulate the slots and make it so big streamers win so that prople like me and you think we have a chance in reality we have no chance because they turn rtp up and down eveyday depending if crypto is up or down do not play here

I deposited €15 on Roobet and shortly after, my account was locked without any clear explanation. I contacted support immediately and provided everything they asked for — my transaction ID, my government ID, and any other verification details.Instead of resolving the issue, they just kept asking for more and more steps. Every time I respond, they come back with another request. It feels completely unreasonable, especially considering this is over just €15.The lack of clear communication and the constant back-and-forth with support has been incredibly frustrating. I understand verification is important, but this process feels excessive and unnecessary for such a small amount.Very disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend based on how this was handled.

I worked tirelessly every day just to stay afloat and avoid falling into poverty. After years of hard work and sacrifice, I invested all my money £35.000 into this platform after seeing it advertised online. There were so many positive reviews and success stories that I never doubted it. I trusted it completely. I never imagined I was being manipulated or misled, so I invested my entire life savings with hope and confidence. At first, everything looked perfect. I watched my profits grow little by little, and there were no losses. It felt like all my struggles were finally paying off. Then I tried to withdraw my money — and that was when my nightmare began. They told me I had to deposit more money before I could withdraw. I explained again and again that every dollar I owned was already on their platform, but they didn’t care. They kept pushing, demanding more payments. I felt trapped, scared, and desperate. With no other choice and no one to help me, I added more. When I tried again, they asked for even more. Over and over, until there was nothing left of me — financially or emotionally.I was completely broken. I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t think straight, and the regret was unbearable. While searching desperately for a solution, I came across a review about 🄲𝒅Q̸ⓟ, describing them as reliable and trustworthy. I reached out as a last hope. They treated my case like it was their own. They fought for me when I had no strength left and stood by me throughout the process. Thanks to their dedication and professionalism, my funds were successfully recovered. Getting that refund felt like being given a second chance at life.I am sharing this with deep pain but also with gratitude — so others don’t have to suffer the way I did. Please be careful. Learn from my experience.

Roobet username; Sanketpatil098Honestly roobet was good till some months ago but recently i made a withdrawal of 40000 on 4Feb 2026, it has been over 5 days I haven’t received the money in my bank account.Roobet support is not replying their support emails are even not replying. This feels sad but that is the reality.Roobet should look into this matter and should provide better customer support
