I’m going to be completely honest: my experience with Roobet has been extremely bad\. I’ve made tons of deposits and, despite putting a ridiculous amount of money through the site, I still haven’t redeemed a single dollar\.The RTP feels completely disconnected from what you’d reasonably expect\. I know I can’t personally prove that the games are rigged or that the advertised RTP is fake, so I’m not going to pretend I have evidence I don’t have\. This is simply shocking. I've never encountered anything like this before. The company is EXTREMELY disloyal and treats users like cattle.I wanted to complete Level 3 verification (address verification), as I do everywhere else. All other popular establishments accept my documents without a problem; it was a bank statement. Roobet initially accepts it, but then rejects it three minutes later. It took several days and hundreds of support messages. They changed their requirements every time. First, they didn't like the lack of a bank logo (though it does have a seal, and I confirmed the document was official), then the document type (even though I originally sent a PDF), and then the fact that the statement didn't have TRANSACTIONS (for address verification, mind you). Okay, I emailed them and asked for an alternative solution or an ADR available to players. They responded with the most formulaic and evasive responses, but they seemed to have conveyed something, but I still didn't understand.I wrote to my bank again, just to please them, and asked for all the stated requirements (which is not easy for me, the bank responds slowly). The statement literally has everything: address, my financial activity, any outstanding debt (no debt), the bank logo, as they demanded, EVERY transaction, 19 pages with the seal and signature of the responsible person, and they STILL REJECTED it. What am I supposed to send them? I don't understand???? Let me remind you that this is proof of address, not proof of funds. Moreover, I clarify that they initially didn't write me any requirements, and then replied that they needed transactions and a logo, and the document fully complies.I have all the dialogues, all the correspondence, everything is saved down to the last detail. I haven't even started playing with their company, and already I'm having such problems. I can't imagine what would have happened if they had requested verification during the payment. I have no other documents, only the bank statement. This is simply disgusting. The operators respond with templates and are unwilling to help. They don't care what you write, not to mention that the operators themselves apparently don't even know the exact requirements if they write different ones every time. I never trusted reviews, but now this is just a cry from the heart. Draw your own conclusions.

Roobet.com still owes me $2000 USD worth of free spins since October 2025. The requirements for these "weekly Tier 4 Roospins" were clear and I completed them multiple times in the past. After some "benefit revamp/upgrades" they just decided to remove and void this VIP user benefit THE VERY LAST DAY before they were suppose to credit those free spins to my account. I deposited, wagered and lost real money to qualify for those. Their VIP customer service used to be really friendly and helpful until this VIP benefit "revamp" happened. Most people would just call this a scam but I still believe they have a chance to prove themselves better than that. As no balance remained on his account and the casino’s decision was supported by its terms, we were unable to challenge it and the complaint was rejected.

Hello everyone. I usually don’t give reviews but this time i have to. I created an account on this website and verified my email and address. After those steps i could deposit money. Which i did, 109 dollars. Then suddenly they wanted my Identification and a bill from my place. I did not want to do so and asked them to close my account and send my money back.
