Terrible casino. I used to like this site but now, it just takes and takes but never gives back. And the fact that they don't even respond to reviews, tells me that they don't care. All I can say is beware and stay away!

In my opinion, Roobet.com comes across as a highly questionable and unreliable platform. While it tries to present itself as a modern, flashy crypto casino, the actual experience for many users is more frustrating than trustworthy. One of the biggest issues is the lack of transparency. Wins feel inconsistent, losses stack up suspiciously fast, and it often feels like the games are not truly fair. On top of that, many users report that customer support is unhelpful when problems arise, offering vague answers or delaying responses instead of resolving issues.Withdrawals are another major concern. Although crypto payments are advertised as fast and easy, this is not always the case in practice. When everything works, it’s fine—but the moment something goes wrong, you’re pretty much on your own.Overall, Roobet.com feels like a platform that focuses more on aggressive marketing and influencer promotion than on providing a fair and transparent gambling environment. In my view, it’s not a trustworthy site, and I would recommend staying away if you don’t want to risk losing both your money and your peace of mind.

I played there over 2 yrs and my biggest win was $300 lol pathetic they don't even want me to close my account even if I asked them by email what a scam site...

I lost the house i lost the kids lost my wife they are scamming now use to be good not no more. Use this website to lose your money.

once again , in the past week ive deposited over a grand, and my biggest win was $7.80, this site is the biggest scam ever, please do not use roobet for Christ's sake, imn lucky enough to be able to waste money but ive said it over and over, IF YOU ARE NOT A STREAMER, ROOBET WILL NOT PAY YOU, pls use another site i begEdit/ after going on live chat asking em is there something wrong with my rtp because its been dead for 10minths straight, literally 0 wins at all no, I haven’t even been getting baited with 2 bonuses ever, well I mentioned that swell on live chat and guess what, today I deposited money and it’s bait after bait, nearly every spin has been 2 bonuses lmaooo and they say they don’t temper with accounts, bit strange no?

1000 spins with 237 deadspins in a row, how scam this place

After trying this casino I’d highly recommend not to play here. It’s more like robbery than roobet! Extremely dubious rtp on all games. Spinning slots is just horrendous. Bonus money is extremely low too. Nothing positive about this site. Just another crypto scam! I’d highly suggest you don’t deposit here you will lose all the time. Far better alternatives available.

Dear Roobet Support Team,I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the incorrect settlement of my bet on the match Leones Del Escogido vs. Aguilas Cibaenas (LIDOM Baseball).Bet Details:Ticket ID: 2624384074529251950Market: Winner (incl. extra innings) - Aguilas CibaenasStatus: Refunded (Should have been WON)Reason for Complaint: My bet was refunded due to the match being postponed. However, according to Roobet’s own Sportsbook Policy Rule 6.6 (which was also cited by your support agent in our chat):"In the case of a postponed match, all markets are considered void unless the match continues within 48 hours of the official start time."The match was originally scheduled for Jan 18 and was completed on Jan 19, which is well within the 48-hour window. As shown in the official results (Flashscore), Aguilas Cibaenas won the match 4-1.Despite following your rules, my winning bet was marked as a refund instead of being settled as a win. This is a clear violation of your terms of service. I have attached the following evidence:My bet slip is showing the refund. The official match result shows the game was completed within 24 hours.A screenshot of Roobet’s Rule 6.6.I request you to review this case immediately and credit the winning amount to my account. I expect a professional resolution based on your documented terms, rather than generic automated responses.Looking forward to your swift action. Also live chat agent blocked me. What kind of behaviour is this?Regards,MABS365

Do not gamble there. This has been the worst gambling experience in my 15 years of playing. When using regular money, the slots seem to work very differently. Maybe the experience is better with crypto, but I don’t use it.I wish everyone reading this all the best, but I strongly advise against playing on this site. They invest heavily in promoting themselves through famous streamers. These streamers appear generous, giving money away and advertising the platform, but that money ultimately comes from the players. In reality, you end up paying for everything that is shown and given away on stream.Their VIP system is also the worst I have ever seen. You receive almost nothing in return, and you have to lose even more money just to get any benefits. On many other sites, cashback is available automatically, but here you must first reach VIP status, which requires significant losses. They also give you cashback in crypto, even when you play with real money. It seems very suspicious to me. On top of that, they give you bonuses or cashback in tiny amounts, and you have to log in every day to claim it, otherwise it expires. That’s how they keep people hooked. There’s a high chance you’ll end up losing that money anyway, since the cashback or bonus is paid out in small portions over the course of a month. It’s completely ridiculous. Reputable sites pay out cashback in full. When you deposit or withdraw money, you have to pay fees, and those fees aren’t small.I have switched to another site, and now I can actually enjoy gambling.I hope this information is useful to people and helps you avoid this site.

Everyone who gave this casino scam 5 stars is a hired liar.

If you are not a streamer you will not win, its as simple as that, since i left a review i cant even win over $5, like seriously, they'll have this review deleted in no time but the site is a scam, ive wagered over 4million across sites and i have never experienced this is my life, please i beg do not use roobet you WILL be scammed

If there was a list of the best online scams I would put this site at the top

I had a very disappointing experience with Roobet.Over time, I lost more than $35k on this platform in December 2025. What concerned me the most was the extremely low return to player (RTP). Based on my personal sessions and results, the RTP felt well below 30%, which is far from what is usually advertised Roobet (97%).This experience caused serious financial and emotional stress for me. I strongly recommend that other players be very careful and only gamble with money they can afford to lose — or avoid this platform altogether. This is my personal opinion based on my own experience.
