My account was compromised and over $500,000 was lost through unauthorized withdrawals and bets.I did not access my account after March 22.Multiple withdrawals (100k+ each) were made to different crypto wallets that do not belong to me, and additional bets were placed without my consent.No security intervention was triggered despite clearly abnormal activity.I provided full evidence (transactions, wallet addresses, screenshots), but support refused any reimbursement and only referred to Terms of Service.This is not normal usage — this is a complete account takeover with no protection.Very concerning experience
