However, I’m forced to update negatively my review for the following reasons :1️⃣ 👉 I was really proud to refer my friend to a nice platform like Roobet with my referral link. Since his registration, I have accumulated 60$ referral earnings 🤑.⚠️However dear players, you shouldn’t refer anyone to Roobet, they don’t deserve it at all, because we must refer 10 players before being able to claim our earnings. It’s a very restrictive referral program.⚠️Who in their life has 10 friends❓And especially, 10 friends who are gamblers❓And even if you have 10 gamblers in your surroundings, will it be possible to convince all of them to join a new platform⁉️ Absolutely not 🚫.At Stake, BetVictor and so many leaders in the gambling industry, we are rewarded at each referral. Why does Roobet act differently❓ It's not encouraging at all to refer people to them.I reached their LiveChat in order to report this dissatisfaction. Also, in life it cost nothing to ask. So I asked them if, considering my loyalty, they can send a ticket to the responsible department in order to investigate if they can unlock at least a part of my earnings. They declined to accommodate me OR at least to send the request. 👎So I reiterate : do NOT refer any people to this company if you’re not popular influencer / star / streamer, because you’ll be disappointed, Roobet has no gratitude for the referrers! 🚫2️⃣ 👉🏻 I don’t received any welcome offer. They are the only platform that doesn't offer a welcome bonus 😕. They will probably answer something like ‘’Due to our newly significantly improved Rewards system, with daily, weekly and monthly cashback, our promotional approach has changed’’. But for players looking for a welcome offer, this website is NOT for you ⚠️.3️⃣ 👉🏽 Their promotions campains are quite rare. They sometimes send us emails with something like ‘’Wager 2$ + on selected slots and climb the leaderboard’’. But between you and me, it’s a worldwide platform so it’s quite impossible to climb the leaderboard. Also, their promotions are in USD, even if you don’t live in the USA 🇺🇸 . It’s not convenient at all ⚠️.4️⃣ 👉🏾 If you’re an active sports bettor like me, don’t expect any Free Bets based on your losses/loyalty. They only offer some rakeback, daily, weekly, monthly. But it’s very low numbers and, a major part is deposited into the vault. You must log in multiple times a day in order to claim it. Logging in multiple times per day is annoying and may encourage gambling addiction to some people (not me) ⚠️.Roobet will probably answer that they don’t force anyone to log in and that they offer multiple responsible gaming tools. But they can’t contradict my point that it’s NOT fair to ask people to log in multiple times per day in order to claim their rewards. Also I reiterate : the rewards are paid out in very small drops, less than a dollar each time! ⚠️Also, you can play in CAD, but you CAN’T claim your rewards in CAD $. Only in crypto. So if you’re not confortable with cryptocurrency, do NOT use this platform. They also are the only platform to be restrictive like that about currencies ⚠️.Yet, at their direct competitor Stake.com, you can choose the currency you want and all the bonuses are credited into your real money balance. 5️⃣ 👉🏿 They are one of the few platforms that charge withdrawals fees ⚠️.The positive points are ➡️ Platform easy to navigate / nice design / instant transactions / thousands games available, and they offer a RTP feature for each slot (RTP details in the last 10 minutes, last hour, last 24 hour) 👍🏼.But overall, I do NOT recommend you to use Roobet until they improve their approach and some features.***➡️ Please kindly note that from my side, I am open to edit positively my review IF they understand my disappointment about my reference earnings + IF they demonstrate a willingness to improve their approach and to listen customers feedback + IF they offer me something to compensate the impossibility to claim my referral earnings because I will NEVER be able to reach the required number of references.
