pathetic company used them for years and years sent documents and verified 3 times then i got a email asking for more documents source of wealth etc which i found massively intrusive so i offered to send all my i.d and pdf of my bank account not good enough for rizk so they banned me find it very odd seems like uk players arnt welcome anymore i feel there going down hill and just stealing fund and delaying now which is disgusting just read what other people have had to say since bonus buys was banned in uk they dont want us and support is rude and useless

Don't waste your time.I signed up, sent all my documents to be verified which was time consuming and took me to chase it up.. eventually confirmed all verified.I made my first deposit about a month later... First deposit amount £49... instantly my account is blocked and put on a cool off period until reviewed.. its now been over 2 weeks and me constantly chasing them for answers to just be told its 'still being reviewed'How can you class a £49 deposit as quote ' high activity on your account' - haven't placed one wager with you and total deposits of £49... and then waste my time but Just leaving my account being reviewed.Don't waste your time with a company who doesn't understand customer service.. such a poor poor experience

hello thepogg team, I have another question I was wrongly deducted approx. € 1380 from RIZK casino on June 24th, 2018 and my account was blocked. At that time I paid in with my wife's credit card. After I also won, I wanted to cash out € 1000. They demanded a copy of the credit card from me and a passport to my wife, which I also sent, and even my wife's consent. Management then did not accept this. They confiscated all of my winnings and paid back the deposit amount to the credit card. Management also blocked my account. there is also the possibility to check this case.

I was given a telephone call from a representative from Rizk Casino as I had looked into signing up but didn't actually make a deposit. So he offers me a 100% match and 50 spins if i sign up he even stayed on the phone with me as I reset my password just to make sure the bonus was given to me but here I am 6 hours later 4 chats later 5 emails later and still nothing. Oh and they told me to please not play any games with the deposit I made until this is resolved. UNBELIEVABLE

They are crooks. Pure and simple. Please avoid. There's many good online casinos but rizk.com is the worst so far to my experience. If you close your account they will keep all you documents and not delete them. Don't even give them documents. They demand everything and if you don't oblige they will lock you out of your account

Joined Rizk about November last year. In January of this year, they asked me to provide documents. Not a problem.....I've gambled online for 2 decades, so am well aware of the procedure. Drivers license....no problem. Bank statement....no problem. However, another requirement was up to 3 months worth of payslips. I'm self employed, so do not have & never have had any type of payslip. I simply pay myself a wage when required. I told Rizk this and they said they'd get back to me within 24 hours with an alternative.We're now 5 months on and I haven't heard a peep from them. So basically I've given an online company my personal details, to which they haven't even confirmed delivery of........Great way to run a business! I contacted them once telling them I was still waiting on their response. They never replied, so I'm not going to waste any more time with what is clearly a rogue outfit. I can see it a mile off as I've been the victim of many a rogue gambling site through the years.Don't bother with these crooks guys.

Endless issues getting my account verified, gave them phone bill, passport scan, payslip... still not enough now they are wanting a copy of my works contract and a full bank statement. Never known such a corrupt site. i refused to send the other documents as there isn't any requirement for these documents by the anti money laundering legislation. i some how managed to get through to the withdraw link and now my withdrawal is processing it says. however i tried to log back in later to check progress and now it says my account is blocked... conmen the whole lot of themgive me my money and get rid of my account.

This casino is a joke no way of contacting them at all. Live chat was another site who said I need to contact rizk strange as that was who I was requesting a call back from. Live chat comes up with error 404 so I cant speak to them then. I used to play fine until I was winning already has sent ID and stuff then they wanted proof of funds sent it twice still not opened my account up. And sent everything they asked for so glad I never had a large amount of money because it would still be sat there.

they blocked me too, i have won 10 000 euros and they did not allow me to transfer via mastercard and also could not allow me to transfer via account because my county was not in the list, and at last they blocked me

Have been with Rizk for 2 years ...everything has been good..until they changed payment providers and now I can only withdraw a minimum of $90 nzd to my bank use to be $20 and when I got my winnings it was not the full amount $480 only received $440 for this reason will not be playing again with rizk or the sister company guts they are the same wouldn't recommend

Having played at Rizk for Several Months and followed all guide lines and verifications which were required by RIZK including Bank Statements, and payslips within 3 months, they have BLOCKED my account saying that I requested this in which they won’t send me the transcript or send me the email stating this.. Better then nothing but for someone playing always there, you expect something better... at least I did and now for the live chat... not available??? Every time I try to contact them doesn't matter what device I get 404 page not found this is already going on for a year very weird that they don't fix it. This is a follow up on my previous post. Tried to withdraw several times but my money just return to my account after around 24 hours. Direct bank transfer is the only withdrawal option they have which is really bad. They have multiple deposit options but the only withdrawal option they provide is the slowest one possible and they doesn't even seem to let you.Its been a week now and after almost giving up on finding the live chat (very well hidden) they told me that I need to withdraw to the same bank which I deposited from. Too bad Muchbetter mastercard isnt a bank but an app. I am currently waiting on an answer from customer service. Will update once it is over. For now though, still a solid 1 star.Edit: Customer service is on it. It is going slow. Maybe I have spent 1 hour at customer service now. They say that my Swift number is wrong but that it should work if I try again with the right swift number.They are currently checking if the swift is correct. They have a Malta license so they cant outright scam people but for a Malta registered company they must be the worst. Barely deserving a licence.Will update once I am done with customer service. I think I probably will get my funds back somehow but the hassle and time spent have been a lot more than what I signed up for.

I have tried risk a good while ago and now they seemed a little better and more similar to comparable gambling sites. Easy to deposit money but they seem just as shady as last time I came by. Rizk started out very well. I quite like the idea of the levelling up and wheel spin bonus, however this site has some very dodgy games and I am not writing this review because of being a disgruntled gambler. All casinos online usually ask for two, both ID and a utility bill, same with banks. But for some reason Rizk want more of my personal information which I have refused to give, especially since my case hasn't been resolved.Now looking to sought legal action.Avoid this casino and use Virgin, JackpotJoy or Bet365 for a better casino experience.@Rizk - I will update this review accordingly if the situation changes.
