I singed up to Rizk and I am regretting it now, very easy to deposit money very hard to withdraw money, nothing about verifying your account until you want to withdraw I send all the right documents to only be told that a proper bank statement from my bank is not good enough it’s for customers protection they hold you to ransom when it comes to withdrawing money, they play every trick in book to fob you off even blamed your bank I rang the bank they never stop a payment going in to your account.They have my passport and a utility bill and still not verified my account. I just get passed around and fob off. This as been going on for 5days now and it’s not even a lot of money I lost more than what I want to take out. Took 14 days to sort my issue out. After countless emails finally got to a supervisor who was helpful took a couple of emails back and forth but got there in the end. I still don’t recommend rizk to anyone full website broke down twice.

You won’t win a penny, I have multiple casino accounts. None have ever been as awful as this one. For example £20.00 on Bonanza Megaways (20p stake) returns £0.64p. From £20.00 on 0.20p stakes. Thought it was just an unlucky session, I deposited another £20.00. Later on that evening. I did £10.00 on bonanza Megaways .. won a shocking 0.17p back again on 0.20 stake. Thought again, how unlucky, usually bonanza gives you a good 30 minute session, as it usually has small decent wins often. So with my other £10.00 I thought , I’ll try Book of Dead.. this is the truth I did 0.10p stakes and not 1p was won. From £40.00 of deposits in total, my games lasted 7.5 minutes in total on games with minimum stake 0.10-0.20p)I have screen recorded all my game play, as I know they’re up to no good. Also weird how the game suddenly spins really slow every spin. I promise you this isn’t how the games should play, sometimes you will get an unlucky session where games don’t pay at all. However from £40.00 of deposits and stakes my returns was less than a £1.00.Needless to say, I won’t ever deposit or play here again, they’re crooks. I promise you that, do not do it. If you want a reputable online casino, with fast payouts.. go with certain other casinos. Stay away from this site, I guarantee in a year or so it will be gone. They need to be investigated .

i won 33 000 norwegian kroner (3000€) they wiped my balance, set the withrawel status as completed but i never recieved the funds. i contacted support and they said it was an error that i won money. basicly the site is an entire scam. if you win more than a few hundred euro they blame internal errors and scam you out of your funds. Would strongly advice against this casino due to thier frauduelent behaviour.

To whom it may concern I recently won some money on Rizk casino First, I was told this there was a mismatch from the documents my driver license has my middle name on it but when signing up on Rizk they only ask for First and last name so I am really confused to what the mismatch is here when they do not ask for a middle name Then I was told I have a duplicate account with the casino which I am utterly shocked by this information I have requested proof of this duplicate account but have not been sent anything to prove this claim, What I am also finding hard to understand is even if that is the case which I find it extremely hard to understand why would the casino let me open a second account and continue to deposit endless amount of deposits Normally you are not even able to open another account if you are already signed up to a casino and why am I not being sent any proof of this second account that I supposedly have I have been sent a final information from Rizk and was given these details if I wish to take it further. Well I would have probably given a good review, a month ago. However, not so much anymore. Everything started out good I would have even recommend them as a top casino however due to incidents the past 2 weeks I will not be. I had several withdrawals pending, via wire transfer, how ever my fault I miss typed the transit number while entering the wire transfer info. I had tried to communicate that with customer service and just kept getting put off. Told the money will be deposited into my account anyways, every customer service member i talk to seem to just not care and would respond back with oh wait a few days. My whole pay check needed to go to these events leaving me no money for my basic needs. So it turned out these winnings were going to come in handy to help me out. However anytime i asked about it I just got told to wait a few more days. Yes I’ll admit I was probably in the wrong a bit by letting my frustration and stress do the talking. However after it had been a week and my first withdrawal wasn’t in yet I was starting to get a bit upset. Meanwhile the 3rd guy I had talked to, kept just egging me on, telling me I don’t know how withdrawals work, and that he needs to re educate me on them. What a joke this site is joined up didn't even deposit as I got distracted and didn't log out. I nodded off when I woke up I decided I was going to have a little go on site so I went to deposit I couldn't so I contacted support and asked them why. Only to be told my account was suspended due to me gambling for long periods of time and making multiple deposits it had raised red flags as I was gambling unsociable hours. I gamble for a living. I have never come across a shady casino like Rizk.com I played a game called "Gates of Olympus" It has done ok on other casino I play on. I spent over $2000.00 betting a $1 a spin and manange to get 3 bonus games which gave me exactly $3.40 3 times.
