I was playing black jack at planet 7 casino and over some time amassed winnings of $10k even. I was really looking forward to this money. I submitted the required documentation 2 days later, only to have my account immediately closed. When I inquired why over phone and chat I was told that the management chose to exercise their right to block any player at any time. No other explanation at all.
