This sports book is total garbage when it comes to live betting. Their slow live betting odds are always messed up during a busy weekend afternoon. So horrendous how they operate the way they fuxxing do!!! This is joke. I’m fucxing done with this book man.

At this "lovely" company it's not enough to verify your identity and address, they demand to see your bank statements as well.In fact, even that it's not enough. They demand that you share your entire financial situation with them. Otherwise they will not pay out your money...What person with selfrespect and integrity wants to share his entire financial situation with a lousy bookmaker???So please people, unless you love to humiliate yourself please don't ever open an account with this outrageous company.And if you allready are customer, make a withdrawel as soon as possible and never play there again...

Pinnacle is a bunch of thieves. Took my deposit and my winnings. If you are in a winning position , they will not let you withdraw it by holding your verification process till you lose everything.Customer support is a joke with automated replies. It is like talking to a tree. Had to let go usd1000+ to these online thieves.

My account has been disabled without any reason. The customer service is inexistent. No response since friday. I hope i can get my money out or unblock my account. Many people told me Pinnacle was a good bookmaker but with this, i think they are like others, thieves ...

I have been a customer of Pinnacle sportsbook for many years. Without warning or explanation, Pinnacle has "disabled" my betting account. They have also blocked all withdrawals. I have sent MANY emails to them, and they have yet to respond. And they do not provide a phone number to call. So essentially, they have taken my money and will not let me bet with it or let me take it out of my account. And they will not tell me why.Pinnacle is supposed to be one of the most reputable sportsbooks, so I am really hoping this is some big misunderstanding. If so, I will follow-up on my review. But at the moment I am mad as hell.

They disabled my account without informing me or giving me a reason.I didn't do anything wrong to be clear.CS is useless, they only answer in copy/paste modus.They had a good reputation, seems like it really going downhill.Update: to be fair withdrawal went quick and easy. But still zero information on why they suspended my account.

I am gutted I can`t give them 0 stars. They closed my account saying I don't have the right to an account and never sent me the 25 I deposited. After enquiring about it, they said I didn't withdraw it in time! The acc was suspended/ closed, how could I have withdrawn that money? what a joke of a company. Wish I could attach a picture of the email I was sent! Pathetic

have an account from over 15 years,waiting for a neteller withdrawl from over 9 days.they keep saying is under general review,but i only played casino live.customer service gives copy and paste replies only.its over a year they keep you waiting your withdrawl several days,while in the past it was only few hours.but 10 days its ridiculous

I recently activated accounts on several websites, of course, to get the best odds and games available. I submitted my passport, utility bills, and other docs to verifify whom i was. All websites within 2 days accepted and verified my identity, except Pinnacle. It was extremely difficult to submit other docs, and the live chat people only had canned responses. I asked - what was wrong with my water bill as evidence of address? 4 other sites accepted it, but pinnacle rejected. As well, I was irritated with the prompt whenever I accessed the website "please deposit money" that popped up every time. This made me very uneasy about the website, and pressured that they were only interested in geetting you to depost $$$. In the end, I was so uncomfortable, I deactivated the account before placing any bets.

First of all, I must say that I register this website because I thought they are the best. Unfortunately they blocked my account and take my money without reason. They asked address verification. I sent EVERY kind of documents that I want from me. They never accept my address document. Each month they cut some amount of money from my account. I sent bills that says clearly where I live. I sent even document from municipality that says where I live with stamp etc. So as a summary, It was frustrating exprience for me. I feel really lucky that they kept small amount of my money. I fed up their copy paste answers. They dont even explain any reason. This company is biggest JOKE for me ever.Edit: I wanted to close my account instead of trying to verify it. They finally let me withdraw my money to my neteller account. This story is still same for me. I really do not recomemmend them.

After spending a large amount of money on 10 banners from this corrupt company I would like to say please don't disregard this review and question the other reviews are legitimate? Poor quality printed in Pakistan on third world printing machines? Very very poor quality ,ineptitude and corrupt? Avoide like covid

They are scammers. Stay away. If your balance get bigger than your initial deposit they block your withdrawal ability. STAY AWAY. BE CAREFUL. They only receive money. They do not pay.

No matter how hard you look you will never find a worse sports book than Pinnacle. Deposits take hours if not days to be credited to your account. These are credit card, Ecopayz, NeoSurf, all verified and all ways which should be instant (after all they are instant on the payments side). Customer service are robots that repeat the same useless information and never do anything to solve a problem.Withdrawals will be delayed at times through the weekends. The odds are much worse than they claim. No bonuses to make up for the odds. Live betting is a joke with sites like Bet365 offering odds way higher on every event.I made a credit card deposit 6 hours ago on a Tuesday, my 172nd time using the same card to Pinnacle, still waiting for the credit. No customer service response and when they finally do respond they'll say the issue is with the relevant team, and it will take another half day to 24 hours to be credited.Avoid Pinnacle at all costs. This is my last deposit there.

They just upgraded their mobile app (so they said) and now I cannot deposit a check. App keeps logging me out before the process is complete. I quit trying after 30 min. Never had a problem with the old app. So much for progress

Great betting site until you are winning...Great odds, easy and enjoyebale live betting. But when you want to withdraw, they require lot information wich first seems to be fine. But they keep declineing over and over again. This was going for like a week or so. Then they finnaly accepted my stuff, up to the verification tab. But i still cant withdraw. The support is useless af, they dont even answer on every ticket you write them. And just giving you the same copypasta answer all the time rather than helping. If you want to bet with some fairness dont sign up here.

If you win more than what you deposit they block your account.Live lines disappear suddenly and many time while you bet live the line changes and the wager is accepted only if its not in your favor.Customer service always answer with the same sentence mindless.

I ordered a Magnetic Protection Case for my husband’s iPhone 11 Pro; it took 9 days to arrived, to discovered that it was too big for the phone. The reason I ordered it was because it was recommended by the Dr. after my husband went through an open heart surgery followed by a pacemaker. I sent several emails asking for information about exchanging it for a different size; the one we received it appears to be for an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I am still waiting for a reply...it appears that this company is very attentive when you placed an order, but after they take your money they don’t want to deal with you anymore. My order number is 47839. I will never again placed another order with his company; they have terrible and unprofessional customer services.
