They really are slow to processing withdrawal request and ID documentation. I have now been waiting for a week. EDIT Now after two weeks I'm still waiting. They do not accept my proof of address and does not answer my question what is the problem with my document.

Having the same issue as others. I have been using the for 10 years, they locked me out of my account after joining Ontario saying I'm not in Ontario. After I asked them to close my account and deposit funds into my account they went completely silent and now are not emailing any updates. They are exactly what others are saying - scammers. They will keep your money once you try to take it out. Don't use them!

The 3x rollover rule does not just apply to bonus received it applies to ANY deposit . This condition is outlined in the deposit section not the withdrawl section . They will not automatically tell you what you CAN withdraw . Just that you cant . ANY OTHER WITHDRAWLS ARE AT THEIR DISCRETION !!. Avoid like the plague. WHAT IS EVEN WORSE THEY KNEW ABOUT MY BAD ECONOMIC SITUATION AT PINNACLE BUT STILL MILKED ME FOR FEW YEARS AFTER THEY DISCOVERED I WAS IN A BAD SITUATION. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM.

This company gave us a quote and then went back on it, Gave a quote on 4 windows then said they did not mean for two of these particular windows at that price and wanted to charge more than the original quote was. Get your act together company and take responsibility for your salesman mistake! Very disappointed in this company.RH

All the reviews on here are 100% accurate. They make it so difficult to withdraw. They apply a 3x rollover immediately upon deposit, which makes no sense. Then if you don't meet the 3x, they charge a 10% withdraw processing fee after 1x rollover. There's sports betting sites that offer match bonus deposits with 3x rollover requirements.

This company deliberty waits for you win money and want to cash out before they request all kind of documents from you. A real bettingside does all the work before so when you play and want to cash out everything is sorted. This company probably does this so they get the money from the losers and make it extra hard for the winners to cash out.EDIT: even the support is deliberty slow, no live support, no phonenummer. And when they denied you no explaination or follow up email, you have to follow it up.

Really crap company, i won 6k$ by matchbetting and all of a sudden when i tried to cashout they had locked my account and they needed PDF files of my bank statements for me to cashout. I tried to cooperate with them but after 6 months i ended up just gambling the 6k away...

Will cancel your bet if the odds fall. If you make a smart bet and the odds fall, they will just refund your bet making it impossible to make money on the site. Avoid. Stick to bet365, they are a bit better.

Horrible site and owners. Requires you to win x3 your deposit to be able to even withdraw - as if you use some kind of bonus on a slots casino. Accidental double deposit because there's no signs of your deposit going through - especially after you get logged out during your deposit. Their "support" doesn't even exist, they only have e-mail "support" but you won't get any replies, at all.

Worst online betting site ever. Customer support is terrible, the website and way they do betting is awful. They make it extremely difficult to verify your account, so you can deposit an infinite amount but can withdraw anything until your account is verified. Also if you are going to use this site never claim a bonus, I claimed a 25 dollar bonus and had to gamble over $1000 just to withdraw earnings that I never even won from the bonus. Such a joke.

Their staff copy paste answers they even don't read ur msg. I m from Ukraine they are asking me to provide proofs of my address. Before I deposit i asked them many times to verify my account which they didn't accept so I deposited 100 usd and now i have to verify my account. tried but they didn't accept for some reason I didn't understand bcz they copy paste the same answer. So i asked for a withdrawal of my deposit to the same card which I used to deposit my 100 usd and they refused asking me for papers. I AM IN UKRAINE AND I CANNOT GET OUT OF MY HOUSE TO BRING FOOD!!!! Incompetent support team, I use pinnacle as well as other well known betting sites.Pinnacle support staff will not let me make a cashout for 5k because they are incompetent. Saying I used a dep method from 4 months ago, but I have already fulfilled my deposit back to that method and it is their company site that wont allow the cashout using that method.Support staff copy and paste a template and when I give them evidence their site is not allowing it because I DID NOT DEPOSIT USING THAT METHOD FOR over 4 months, they finally reply with another template saying they will investigate why. Would not recommend. Had this problem before but got resolved, but this is the 7th time they pulling the same s*** on me. I'm closing account after this

I normally like to verify my accounts before i deposit money start betting. In this company after I asked them 2 times via emails (because they don't have live chat and I think I understand why) where to send the documents for verification they told me 2 times via email that at this moment no documents are required from me. I knew they will ask me after I deposit and they did. I heard good stuff about pinnacle so I wasn t afraid. I made a mistake. After depositing they quickly asked me for documents and they closed my account and suspended my betting. So i thought maybe because I must to verify it first so I sent my docs. I got an email confirming my id but didn t accept my address proof which is a government paper translated and notarized before 1 week. So i sent them tons of proofs and for a month now battling to take back my deposit which I cannot before verifiying my account. I just want to take back my deposit and they stole it. Bunch of scammers. No need to prove nothing before depositing and after depositing they blow ur mind with papers and rejecting papers for no reason.

I registered many years ago. I had not any problem with them, but last year they asked to proove "source of funds". I'm (was) a gambler/arber so I proved them screenshots about big winnings, but of course it was not enough. Then I show everything what I could to proove that I'm an arber. Even they asked the last three month statements of my Skrill! For weeks nothing happened, of course the withdrawal option was disabled. Finally : they let me withdraw but my account has been closed because I failured to show the source of funds (LOL). And one very interesting thing : my Skrill account also has been closed this time! I find it very strange! I'm sure pinnacle sent some message to skrill then they closed my account.

This lowly filthy scam company literally messed up their timers on a live bet, marking it nearly at the end of a half, when the match was actually at the 10-15 minutes mark and paused. They proceeded to take accept a huge wager of mine with under, I thought the match was ending in minutes when it went on for over an hour (including the pause time). When I sent a ticket/email regarding this incident for a refund, they literally told me there's no time marked on the bet slip thus my claim is invalid. I sent them screenshots with the first half going well over 80 minutes, showing clear errors on their behalf. Guess what? They don't care less, counted the wager of course. Never use them and especially for not for live wagers. Literally day light robbery.
