Yes, it is a terrible site. I deposited $100 to play for the first time, then lost and deposited $200. They immediately asked for address verification and asked me to send documents such as Internet bill, bank statement. I immediately sent such documents, but they kept refusing even though they clearly stated my address as in my ID, the bill was downloaded from my Internet provider in my country and could be checked online. It was ridiculous because all the previous bookmakers I played with accepted those documents, but they did not. The customer service staff answered very generally.If it wasn't for the fact that I deposited $200 and wanted my money back, I would have left immediately. A troublesome bookmaker, sports betting only has a few matches. I am very disappointed. I advise anyone who intends to play here to stay away. It's a complete abuse that you have to bet three times the deposited balance to be able to withdraw, in no betting house is this like that, so I don't recommend it at all.

Pinnacle/PS3838 voided my fully settled winning bet (play 100eur Win €27.30) after 1 hour, citing an “incorrect line”. Odds of 1.273 on an Over‑3 Asian Handicap were perfectly normal given the situation (match was end 3‑2). They void only when bettors win—no fairness. I closed my account. No chance to get your money back if you win, they just want you to loose. CHEATER

Been on Pinnacle for a while, and while the odds are top tier, the platform itself lacks polish. The bet slip is clunky, and navigating different markets can be slow. No issues with deposits or payouts though, and you can bet big without getting flagged. I started using Vodds mainly to streamline things - it pulls in odds from pinnacle to other sharp books into one dashboard, so I dont have to log into many sites. That one-wallet-system means a lot to me I can place bets across different books without juggling balances. Its not the slickest interface either, but its not a big help if you are trying to compare lines fast or run a volume-heavy strategy.

Just ordinary scammers. I worked with their affiliate program and brought them $3,000. When it came time for payment, they claimed that if one player generated most of the profit, they could decide how much to pay—if anything at all. Naturally, they didn’t bother explaining how I was supposed to influence how much players deposit. And of course, they chose to pay $0. I've never seen a clown show like this before. This is a scam company....first they fully verify your documents then they studdenly block your account and ask for proof of address withholding your money and prevent you from withdrawing your money and betting.Do not deposit your money here, super untrustworthy their words can twist they will allow withdrawal the initial phase to build your trust then as you deposit more they will locked up your account.

I have on multiple occasions told them that they offer odds on games which dont take place in Finnish League playoffs (ice hockey) and they have not corrected this. Their customer services has become way worse no responsibility, clerks dont even tell their first names. We will address this to relevant department and never return...not trusthworty at all! I am a refugee from Ukraine and I really need any funds. I was sure that the funds (1,700 euros) that I have in my pinnacle account (account number DP1693367) are securely protected and I will be able to withdraw them at any time. I haven't logged into my account for almost a year, but then it turned out that it was blocked. I asked what the reason was, and they just said they were following their rules, and they blocked my account and refused to refund my funds. To all my requests to clarify what I have violated, they simply say that they follow their own rules, according to which they can block the account and withdraw funds from it. Never, do you hear - never play in this rotten bookmaker. I am now left without funds in a difficult life situation because of these cheaters!!!

Been with Pinnacle for 20+ years... deposited 8k and they asked for "source of funds" documents. Begrudgingly I shared my bank statement. That wasn't good enough. They asked for my dad's bank statements bc he sent me money that month (i sold him some usd for cad). I said no and they closed my account!!!! Absolutely zero customer service, at no point did I ever feel like I was talking to a human, just automatic responses.... I offered to show another bank account to clear everything up, they wouldn't even look. Said I'm not "entitled" to a Pinnacle account.

The support team was unhelpful and prematurely ended the chat session without resolving the issue.

They don't even deserve a rating of 1. After the expiration of the personal conclusions, they checked my account and asked for a bunch of documents from the company I work for, payslips, turnover on the account in the former bank, current bank, credit card statements, loans, turnover on the Skrill account.All this lasted for 2 months. I lost my patience and gave up.If I had taken tens of thousands of euros from them, maybe he would even understand. Update: 6 months I still haven't gotten my account verified, tons of documents needed but nothing can satisfy them.I used over 20 sportsbooks and this is simply the worst. Anybody know how to get through verification and get your money out? They keep asking for different documents which have nothing to do with them. They saw a transaction from my broker account and ask for the my broker statement, then they saw a deposit from my Cash app account to my broker, then they ask for the Cash app statement. This goes on forever, IRS wouldn't ask that many questions.

If your account has more then 10K in it they will lock you out and demand KYC Source of Declaration forms and proof of income. Even when you provide them everything they will not respond to you. Been weeks since they sent me an email and after providing everything they will not unblock account, no replies to emails, no communication. Forced to involve the IGaming Ontario Regulatory board including the Police.

They will never let you withdraw money if you are winning, you will go through an endless requirements of statements and other informations just for them to not accept anything, it has been over 2 months and I'm still to receive my winnings

Pinnacle has changed . I’ve been using them for 8 years and did verify at beginning with address and photo id which is fine and then a couple years later . Now they want bank statements and paystubs and more stuff than a credit card company . They have either turned into a scam or something . My bank information and job title is none of their business. And they all ways review wagers and I’ve noticed they say bet is void . Better books out there that have sharp odds

Simply the worst company ever!Never play there or add money, they will hit u up very hard with some stupid rules. letting u to deposit and then the verifciation start which is almost impossible to get verified. the amount of min withdraws are insane. expect they have 3x Roller.. like common?Their support is terriable.
