Paddy Power - unfair bet settlement
Hello,
I placed 2 bets on E-sports match in "CS2". Match was best of 3 series, Map 1 was played and completed and during break match was canceled as due player that was not taking part in this match, the whole team got disqualified for his cheating ban. Match was canceled with 1 completed map, that team I bet on lost.
My bets were +1.5 map handicap and money line on disqualified team.
Paddy power claims that match has been finished with score 2:0 and my both bets are correct. ( 2nd map did not even started, and some score services just set 2:0 score as match was best of 3 )
However when talking with live chat support they even provided rules that I would refer to because they seems in my favour
"In the case of retirements/disqualifications, all bets on completed maps stand."
- I did not bet on a single map that was completed, I bet on match that was not completed due disqualification.
"If map1 was not completed, then your bet might have got voided as per another rule i.e., "In the event of a match or map starting but not being completed due to retirements/disqualifications then all markets will be void except in the case (6) below.""
- This is exactly what happened and how it should be resolved, but after I brought this to their attention they replied that the score sources provided have team B8 declared as Win for this match
They simply don't want to void these bets and take my money, however their own rules are against them self. There is enough evidence with that map was canceled with not started/completed map2 for example this official VOD

Their internal complain has been completed, they did not change their decision. This is unbelievable that their support first offered me 20EUR gift for this unfair settlement and after internal complain they offered me 50EUR, of course they offer me 50EUR more ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. In their internal investigation they only included score sources that had score that more suits them( 2:0 ), sources where the fair informations were provided like previously provided VOD or other sources that had described " map 2 was not played/team got disqualified" they fully ignored.
They even provided 3 links as official sources where map2 was canceled but they ignore this fact….
Other bookmakers unlike them, even those that have same betting provider, fully refunded bets from this match but only PaddyPower has scamming practice....
