Hello. I was refered to you by MGA regarding an issue with N1 casino.

Win up yo 80k
Set a loss limit at 15k (later increased to 20k) cashed out 18k. The loss limit I put did not work and the 18k cashout is all I could get out of it. Ive contacted n1 support about this issue, but they say that there was no problem with the limit. I asked if they could explain how 80k minus 18k minus 15k minus 20k turned to 0, this has not been answered. I was going to check my game history to confirm the error, but the game history on the web page wont work. I asked if they could send me the game history over email so I could confirm my susspisson and they said it could take up to 2 months before they can send it.
So after multiple emails to N1 casino, they still insist that nothing was wrong with the system, but no explanaiton on how I was able to place bets even with an active limit.
Please help me.
