N1 — player complaint #61679, 2021-11-24: licence

Hello, I have written to the N1 casino several times now and wanted to reach an out-of-court settlement, but the online casino is not interested in the players. I wanted my money back from November 18th, 2021 because I saw that this online casino does not have a valid license in Austria. I tried to talk to them and thought that I would come to terms with the online casino, because I wanted to have this settled out of court, I said to the online casino that I would waive the 3000 € and simply pay 2400 € until the end of this week want to have my bank account. but unfortunately I can't get in touch with a manager, nobody really advises me. so when it comes to problems you don't care! I wrote an email several times to [email protected] without success, until today no one has answered me, until I have not asked customer service again and said that I would like to talk to a manager. I added the emails that we wrote to them as enclosures, but unfortunately that didn't help either. As I said, I want to come to an agreement out of court, I told you that you can of course block my account that is not a problem for me, only I also want nobody to have a problem and have also offered me a settlement, you can somehow agree, right? or do you always have to go to court to get something?
