14red - cancelled my withdrawal

I won 17000 euros on live roulette on 14red.com and i requested to withdraw it after 24 hours they asked for ID which I sent in they verified it and said the withdrawal will be in the bank in this next 5 working day that was on the 17th on November. So after 7 days now landed in the bank so i contacted them to ask what was going on via chat and they said they will send me a email stating i bet above the maximum of 30% over the amount deposited. Its only now after reading the reviews that i wished i hadn't bothered playing with them now i have spent over 10.000 pounds with them Is there any way of getting this money back or am i just going to accept it?

Hi i deposited €150 in 5 different transactions on the 29th feb with 14red I won €400 on blackjack well i thought i did there were no bonuses in play just real money After logging in today to question the payment period i noticed i had €70 in my account the last amount deposited I tried to talk to the very unhelpful live chat system they have This is where to my horror they broke to me the irregular bet rule i have never heard of this on any gambling site ever All of the other 4 deposits were in multiples of €20 and i bet €20 each time meaning 100 of the bet has been staked so why would they only return me the €70 I feel this term and condition is very sneaky and i definatley feel like i have been misled This casino takes money off you when it suits them and makes up every excuse to not pay out when you win from them i am really unhappy and would appreciate any help here please. After a very lengthy and painful verification process I was eventually verified. This was just the beginning, I still had to wait to get my withdrawal approved, which felt like a life time. Finally on the 21st of January my deposit was approved. A week or so later I received an email saying my payment would be received within 5 days. 5 days came and went. The casino on live chat keep telling me to be patient as they are receiving a high amount of withdrawals and that i'll get my funds and i'll receive an email from the financial team very soon. On live chat With [EDIT], he told me a payment was sent to me on the 29.01.2020. Again 5 days came and went and I am still told to be patient. I made this withdrawal within the first week of January I think i'v been patient enough. I have saved emails and iv screen shot live chat messages as well. Sick of been fobbed off now!

I know I was stupid to sign up for them but I didn’t do my research beforehand. They tried to scam me with the bonuses but that’s a different story - I’m not contesting that.I’ve a €600 withdrawal pending which they seem to just leave on able to be cancelled (unprocessed). I submitted documents days ago with no reply - chat is more than useless . Contact number for support doesn’t work.I have just now resubmitted all documents they ask for (which does seem a lot tbh considering they let you deposit instantly) just in case they claim I haven’t submitted any documents. If they get back to me before you contact them I will let you know but I’d rather get this ball rolling than wait 2 weeks with more unresponsiveness before starting a claim. Kind regards

I deposited around €300 over 2 days. They are quick to give you bonus money. I received €160 bonus. You are limited to only a few games whilst in bonus funds. I was playing for a few hours, I was buying bonuses at different values and got my balance up to just under a grand. I carried on playing lost a bit then thought I would see if I could withdraw. I could but it said it would take the 160 of me as it was bonus. I withdrew €320. Took 5 day to get verified. Then today received email stating withdrawal denied contact support. Contacted support to be told if broke the rules and the balance had been confiscated, even though they left €40 in balance. I don’t understand what rules I’ve broken nobody gives you a proper answer 1 guy called [EDIT] just cut me off without any explanation. They took my money I want mine back

I recently deposited €611.31 with 14red and placed various bets and got my balance up to €1100. After trying to process my withdrawal they have now said my withdrawal is denied via email. I have now read reviews online. I now log in to my account and they say my entire balance is originated by bonuses given to me from the casino which is absolute nonsense. When I asked to withdraw this the advisor said I need to “‘make a deposit and I will receive 100% bonus and 50 free spins for each of the next 2 deposits” without actually letting me withdraw. I got some winnings then I was spending slot I decided to close my account ..somebody from the casino rang me and I was assured I would still receive my winnings. Ialso received an email saying I was verified and passed the verification then i got an email saying I wasn’t verified and requested can additional document I provided it that second - and 2 weeks later I’m still waiting for my winnings which I won fair and square and still haven’t received.
